Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

We calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

We work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order but please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

For shipments inside USA, EU (and United Kingdom) and Australia, all taxes (VAT, US sale taxes etc.) are added to the total price on checkout depending on the shipment location.

Shipments outside of these areas may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to us, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

If a delivery fails, carriers will try a second delivery attempt (and in many cases a third one) before seeking an alternative course of action. After several failed delivery attempts, the company, carrier, or postal service will have the package returned to our facility.

We don’t accept refunds in case the package couldn’t be delivered. We can send your order again but you will be responsible for the additional shipment cost. To avoid this situation, please track your shipment from order tracking page and contact your local post office with your tracking number if you don’t get the order in estimated delivery time.

Please visit our returns policy page.

Our eco-friendly product collection consists of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends. Currently, that includes, but is not limited to, organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, and organic cotton/recycled polyester fabric blends.

All our products are free of animal products. Most items from the eco-friendly collection are also PETA-Approved Vegan. If the product carries a PETA-Approved Vegan certificate, it’s mentioned in the product description.

Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t affect pricing, and there aren’t any order minimums. We use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments.

DTG products
For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Sublimation products
We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.

Other non-apparel products
For mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink. For selected non-apparel products, stickers, and canvas, we use EPSON SC80610/80600 ink.
